- 4 cloves laung

How to Prepare Masala
Nowadays, packed spices are available to prepare any recipe. But the real taste comes when we prepare the spices ourselves. So for seekh kabab, we are going to prepare the masala by ourselves. To prepare the masala, take a pan and open a low flame then add all the ingredients of the masala in it.
Let these ingredients roast on this low flame. But take care that the basen should not burn. After roasting for three minutes, take out these ingredients on a plate. Then let them cool. How to Make Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe
Take a food processor and add boneless meat to it. Finely mince it. When it becomes fine. Take it out in a bowl. Now in the food processor add the other ingredients onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, and green chilies to the food processor. Add green chilies according to your taste, If the food is very spicy then add 5 to 6, and if the food is not very spicy then add 3 green chilies.
Now grind these ingredients. After getting it, put it on a plate. If there is a little more water in it, squeeze the mixture. Then add it to a mince bowl. Add the seekh kabab masala. Also, add butter. And add a little oil. Mix all the mixture well.
Now place a piece of coal in a silver foil inside the mixture, pour a little oil on it, and light it. Then quickly cover it with the help of a lid and after some time open the lid and it will have a wonderful barbecue. As you will get the taste. Take a skewer apply oil on your hands and put these kababs on the skewer. Give them a cylindrical shape.
Now burn the coals. When the coals are well-heated, place these skewers on these coals and keep giving them light air so that the kababs are cooked well.
